At Rural Space you’ll find a professional, friendly team of qualified Personal Trainers, Pilates and Yoga Instructors and Beauticians. Founded by Fitness Trainer and Hypnotherapist Vikki Heath, the club brings together 25 years of her knowledge and experience, as well as that of her team. Throughout her career Vikki has helped thousands of clients achieve their goals.

A personal workout schedule

Become a member and receive 3 FREE sessions with a personal trainer, during these sessions you will be shown how to use the gravity machines and given your own personal workout programme.  You can then pop in at a time to suit you Mon – Sat to use the spinning bikes, gravity machines or attend a class.
