I haven’t smoked for nine months. It’s so amazing I feel as if I have never smoked. I smoked for 30 years and tried and failed with other methods. I have had a few stressful months just lately but I haven’t thought about smoking again.

A few months ago I was in agony with a fragmented disc. Although I couldn’t move much at first, after being shown specific target exercises – bit, by bit I gradually started to improve. I am now free of pain and moving about normally – coming here has really paid off!
